Question for the community!

Hey everyone!
When the comm was originally bounced around as an idea, crimsonmorgan and I couldn't come to a decision on whether or not we wanted to set up a periodic (monthly or bimonthly, perhaps) fic/art challenge.

I'm torn myself - on the one hand, we have fe100, fe_fest, emblanon, fe_exchange, fe_contest, and probably some others I've missed that offer prompts and challenges which can get overwhelming, and fandom as obligation is a great way to suck the fun out of it.

On the other hand, offering a challenge here would be completely optional, and could offer challenges around specific characters, themes, and elements that are more specific to Sacred Stones, plus shedding some light on things that are rarely touched on.

So, I figure I'll raise the question here, what do you all think? Would you participate? If we do offer challenges, what kind do you want, and how often?.
