Before I start: let's leave ceiling!Valter and other assorted memetic shenanigans to the side for right now, okay? Unless it's to compare meme-Valter to legit-Valter, I don't want things to get derailed by irrelevant (albeit delicious) crack.

There's been a lot of Valter talk around my friends list and the anon meme, so I thought perhaps it might be worth it to poke at him.
